Tigers Name New Field ManagerThe Waterloo Tigers have heard a lot about Tom Hoch. Now, the 55 year-old Inter-County Major legend will calling the shots from their bench.
Hoch played 16 seasons with the Kitchener Panthers in the 60's and 70's and led the league with a batting average of .359 in 1967.
Hoch also coached minor baseball in Kitchener for many years, and he'll be joined on the bench by his son Jason who played Junior Inter-County with the Waterloo Expos.
For more information please contact Waterloo Tigers owner Rob Divell at 519-746-5538.
