Guelph Royals 13, Kitchener Panthers 2

In Guelph, Dave Teboekhorst was three-for-four and scored three times to help the Royals to a 13-2 win over the Kitchener Panthers. Guelph leads the series 3-0 and can close it out with a win in Game 4 in Kitchener on Wednesday.

Chris Becker blasted a two-run double in the fourth inning and Jason Borghese added three hits and drove in two runs for Guelph.

Brian Dikdan (1-0) gave up two runs - one earned - and four hits in seven innings for the win and Adam Hornostaj (1-1) was the loser after allowing six runs and four hits in 4 1/3 innings.

Joel Scott was two-for-four and scored a run for Kitchener.

Brantford Red Sox 7, Toronto Maple Leafs 2

In Toronto, Eric Wolfe belted three singles and scored the winning run in the fourth inning to pace the Red Sox to a 7-2 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs. The win evened the series at one game each with Game 3 scheduled for Wednesday at Chrisite Pits in Toronto.

Brad Hogeterp (2-1) gave up two runs - one earned - and three hits in seven innings for the win. Ryan Lane added a single and scored twice and Chad Elmy drove in the winning run with a two-out double in the fourth inning.

Jon Lockwood (0-1) gave up four runs - two earned - on four hits while striking out six batters and walking three in five innings.

Carl Embro had three hits, including a two-run homer in the seventh inning for Toronto.
