Kitchener Panthers 4, London Majors 1
In London, Harpreet Padda stroked a bases-loaded single that scored two runs in the ninth inning to lift the Kitchener Panthers to a 4-1 win over the London Majors in the Intercounty Baseball League on Tuesday.
Mark Johnston was two-for-four with a double and drove in a run and Ben Kangas added an RBI single to cap the scoring in the ninth inning.
Ian Hagan (2-1) worked the complete game, giving up one run and three hits while striking out five batters and walking none.
Tom VanKasteren (1-6) also pitched the complete game, allowing four runs and eight hits.
Kevin Virtue brought in London's run with a grounder in the first inning.

In Hamilton, Shayne Ridley scored the winning run on a bases-loaded walk in the 10th inning to give the Hamilton Cardinals a 3-2 win over the Brantford Red Sox.
Ridley had three hits, including his fifth homer of the season, and scored three times in the win.
Nino Fasulo (1-3) got the win after recording the final two outs after starter Bill Lawrence gave up one run and five hits in 9 1/3 innings.
Mark Ferguson (5-1) suffered his first loss of the season after giving up the winning run on three hits and three walks in two innings. Joel Thorney allowed one run and five hits in a seven-inning start.

In Stratford, Kyle Leon and Kevin Hinton each belted two-run homers to power the Guelph Royals to a 7-3 win over the Stratford Storm.
Sean Reilly added a solo homer for Guelph and Ryan Armstrong (2-3) picked up the win after allowing two runs and five hits in five innings.
Greg Goss (0-1) gave up six runs and five hits in 4 2/3 innings in his first appearance of the season.
John Hanko had two hits, including a double, and drove in a run for Stratford.

In Barrie, Jonathan Baksh had two hits, including a triple, and scored two runs to help the Barrie Baycats edge the Oshawa Dodgers 8-6.
Mike Cart also had two hits and drove in a pair of runs and David Latour added a triple in the win. Joel Collins hit a run scoring double in the eighth inning that brought in the winning run.
Brad Bissell (4-1) struck out seven batters and gave up three runs and six hits in eight innings and Matt Miller made the final out for his second save of the season.
Steve Butterworth (1-1) surrendered five runs and 10 hits in six innings for the loss.
Mick Kurhan homered and drove in five runs for Oshawa.
