In Barrie, Ryan Spataro tripled and scored the game's only run to give the
Baycats a 1-0 win over the Guelph Royals in the Intercounty Baseball League on
Saturday.
Ryan Davis had three hits, including a single that drove in the winning run.
Angus Roy (1-0) went the distance for Barrie, giving up seven hits and striking
out 10 batters.
Aaron Little (0-1) gave up the winning run and three hits in two innings of
relief for Guelph.

Toronto Maple Leafs to a 13-7 win over the Dodgers.
Logan also drove in three runs and Carl Emrbo was three-for-three with three
RBI.

nine hits in six innings.
Mat Wilson (0-1) gave up nine runs - seven earned - and nine hits in 4 1/3
innings.
Darryl Reid had three hits, including a home run that gave him a franchise-high
110 career hits. Sean Cunningham had four hits, including a triple and an RBI.

Justin Went homered and scored three runs, including the winner in the ninth
inning.
Brad Hogeterp (0-1) gave up eight runs and six hits in five innings and Ryan
Lane tripled and drove in three runs for Brantford.
