Barrie Baycats 6, Toronto Maple Leafs 5
In Barrie, Jordan Lundberg homered and scored two runs, including the winner on an error in the eighth inning, to lift the Barrie Baycats to a 6-5 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs in the Intercounty Baseball League Championship Series on Tuesday. Barrie leads the series 3-1 with Game 5 on Wednesday in Toronto.
Toby Legacy and Alex Borgo had two hits each for Barrie.
Angus Roy (4-1) went the distance for Barrie, allowing five runs - 2 earned - on seven hits while striking out six batters and walking four.
Paul Spoljaric (5-1) gave up six runs and 10 hits in eight innings.
Joe Colameco hit a solo homer in the fifth inning for the Maple Leafs.
