Waterloo product Tyler Wilson upped his record to 3 and 1 and more importantly lifted the Tigers past the Majors into the seventh and final playoff position. Waterloos 2-1 win at Bechtel Park is their second straight while the loss for London is their seventh in a row. Wilson went the distance, striking out two and walking two. Both Waterloo runs came in the first inning, the first on a Tim Henderson RBI-single that scored Rob Dinwoodie. The eventual winning run came via a John Hanko RBI-single that scored Henderson. Londons only run was knocked in by a Chuck Roberts RBI-single in the seventh inning. Jared Franke (1-4) started and took the loss, giving up two runs on eight hits over five innings.
