Guelph takes Game 1 of the IBL Championship Series

In Guelph, Joel Lynch had three hits and drove in a pair of runs to help the Guelph Royals to an 10-2 win over the London Majors in the first game of the IBL Championship Series on Tuesday.
Brian Barr (3-1) went the distance for Guelph, allowing two runs and six hits while striking out nine batters for the win.
Kyle Leon, Trevor Churchill, Chris Becker and Sean Travers each had two hits for Guelph.
Mike Mitro (2-3) gave up seven runs - six earned - and 13 hits innings.
Pete Babcock was two-for-four in the loss.
