Emslie Field has undergone a major facelift in just under 4 weeks. The diamond is home to the St. Thomas Storm Baseball Team.
Major upgrades included regrassing the entire infield, an irrigation system, change of surface from stone dust to red clay, warning track changed from stone dust to crushed red brick.
Click above to view some of the major changes to the diamond. The first game on the new diamond is scheduled between the Guelph Royals and The Storm on May 3 at 7:30 PM (Exhibition Game).
